We are here to make your visions come to life. Once in contract on a home with Murray Franklyn, we provide you with a personal representative to take you from contract to closing.

Your builder representative will set up the schedule for your new home, will assist you in meeting with the best vendors and tradesmen in our region, and will coordinate the entire build team to deliver your new home in our streamlined build process.


The Buying Process

Every homeowner has a Builder Representative and Construction Manager assigned to help them with every step of their home journey. Meetings and personalization options are subject to stage of construction and time of purchase. Learn about our five core stages.

Once the foundation is in and the lumber to start framing the home delivered, it generally takes about seven (7) months, however, delays such as customizations, weather, governmental codes, and permitting can delay that time frame.
Small alterations may be allowed upfront to accommodate each buyers personal requirements, however, changes that require re-engineering or re-permitting cannot be allowed.
Yes! — But this is dependent upon what stage of construction your home is in, at the time of purchase and sale. You should reach out to one of our onsite sales representatives to understand what selections might be available to you on the specific home that you are looking to purchase.
All homes include the range/oven, hood-fan, microwave, and dishwasher. Please ask the onsite sales representative about specifics for the home you are interested in purchasing.
When choosing upgrades please remember that we require 100% of the cost of the upgrades to be paid at the time of the selection. There typically is an option to finance your upgrades within your mortgage but a charge (remove word) 10% charge will be added to the cost of the upgrade(s). You must get this preapproved through your lender.

You can use this page: Find Your Home and use the "More Filters" to filter by the plan you want or contact any of our onsite sales representatives and they will have more information on where a particular home is being built or where it may be built in the future.
Your construction manager will demonstrate and explain everything about your new home during your pre-closing walkthrough. Additionally, once you have closed on your new home, you will be given exclusive access to our warranty and customer service portal where you can find maintenance tips as well as initiate warranty investigation requests.
As a new member of the Murray Franklyn Family, you will have an account to get exclusive access to our customer portal. You can view documents about your home, request for repair, or communicate with us for questions.
You have a full one-year warranty on your home and a six year structural warranty. Any cosmetic issues must be noted at the pre-closing walkthrough orientation.
We have a user friendly customer service website with your own user name and password. Just enter the items and choose a convenient date and time and our service representative will meet you at the confirmed day and time.
No, we don’t sell our home plans and at this time we do not build on property we do not own.
